Shipping policy

Orders are sent to production only after payment for orders is received.

All orders are sent to production immediately after the order is placed. For this reason we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. After Christ items are custom made. 

  • Normal processing time is 7-10 business days, and in some instances can take up to 14 business days. 
  • After Christ is not responsible for lost, damaged, mishandled or misplaced packages by USPS. 
  • Orders are shipped via USPS.

  • Pre-Orders will be processed within 15 business days. Please plan accordingly. (Processing time does not include shipping time)
  • If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct prior to checkout. 
  • Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for updates.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN ORDERS:

Please know that we are not able to guarantee the likelihood of charges that may or may not be obtained for customs taxes and duties. All custom and import duties are charges upon arrival to its destination country. This charges must be paid by the recipient.
