Refund policy

We truly appreciate your love and support of our merchandise. It is our desire to ensure that each person is as happy receiving our items, as we are when we create them just for you! 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immeditately to resolve your concern. You may return the item in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear within 7 days of receiving it. Store credit will be given in the amount of the item less the shipping cost, or exchange for the exact same item. 
Please Note: Final & Holiday Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged  
We do not offer any refunds. 
To exchange, customers MUST contact our support team through  sales@afterchrist.us for return instructions. If you return any items without contacting us FIRST, we cannot guarantee that your merchandise will be received, and you will be forfeiting your opportunity for exchange or credit. 
All merchandise must be retuned in the condition it was shipped to you in. If items are retuned with signs of wear or stains, we reserve the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this policy.
Unfortunately, shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to pay all shipping charges. If an exchange is approved by customer service, additional shipping charges do apply. 
  • Once items are received by our fulfillment center please allow 7-10 business days for processing. 
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.
